I and my wife have used Iraj and Transitions contracting on several projects in my pre-war co-op in Washington Heights and highly recommend him. Each project was brought in on budget and on time, if not early and he navigated the co-op rules efficiently and without fuss. Iraj took meticulous notes, asked questions and was welcoming of notes to make changes.
